Dear State Election Chairperson and Committee Members;

I, Dr. Jonchue Chang, Chairman of the Tsab Thooj Xeeb Association’s national presidential election 2011, do hereby certify that the election Information, vote procedures, ballot, and candidates’ biography and their candidacy statements included herein have approved by the Tsab Thooj Xeeb National Election Committee and all information are true and correct. I am emailing and sending 1) The four official candidates included their biography and candidacy statement; 2) Official Vote Ballots; 3) Election rules and voter guide information to you as a state official Tsab Thooj Xeeb Election Committee Chairperson to download and print them out from your computer as many as you needed. The Official ballot you need to cut it out into one single Ballot only and asking your state and local election committees members help to distribute the presidential official ballots to local eligible kwv tij Hmoob tsab voters in your state. I am appointed YOU as a State Election Chairperson to help conducted and control the election activity in your state. Your duties are conducting election, distribute official ballot to eligible Tsab Voters, collect all voted ballots back and put them into a big envelop then mail them express overnight back to me at the Tsab Thooj Xeeb National Election Committee address as indicated above.

This year Tsab Thooj Xeeb national presidential 2011 election to be hold at the following states: California, Oregon, Washington State, Alaska, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Colorado, North Carolina, Missouri included several southern states begin from Saturday, December 3 to December 19, 2011. The presidential official ballot has been correctly prepared in accordance with the Tsab thooj Xeeb association’s election policy, rules and guide. Voting Deadline is December 19!

This year presidential election is a little different from the past elections. I am asking each and every one of you “Tsab Voters” for your cooperation, support and participation in this year Presidential Election.
Our goal of the “2011 Election” is to provide every eligible Tsab Voter with the opportunity to be a part of the Tsab thooj xeeb Association election, activity and to further strength the foundation of our Democracy by exercising your most fundamental right --- the right to vote! Elect the best candidate of your choice to be the next President of Tsab Thooj Xeeb 2012 - 2015! And help protect and learn about democracy by strengthening it at its very core --- by putting a check in the ballot box next to the name of candidate of your choice. “2011 Election” is a voter outreach, voter education, voter turnout, and a volunteer survey and leadership recruitment project.

Visit our Association website at http://tsabthoojxeeb.blogspot.com/ to download official ballot, get to know more about election procedures, presidential candidates biography and their statements or to register to vote, obtain voter information, locate your state polling place location and who should you contact, or sign up to become a volunteer with Tsab Thooj Xeeb. “2011 Election” is the answer for every Tsab individual and family member who wants to give back to our Tsab Clan, Haiv Hmong, show support and honor those who have given their lives for our freedom.

All Tsab Thooj Xeeb National Board of Directors, Local and state Representatives, election committee chairpersons and all election committee members are invited and urge you all to come to the national election convention in Fresno, California to witness our presidential final ballots count and then join the Tsab California New Year Dinner and Party at 5:00pm at the same day and same location. This year the Tsab California Association will be host The Tsab National Election Convention in Fresno, California.

We look forward to seeing you, your family, friends and colleagues in Fresno, California and hope you can contribute your time to help conduct a successful election at the local polls starting from Saturday, December 3, 2011 to December 19, 2011.
